COLLEEN COOPER, CHIEF TEAM CHEERLEADER
A full-time mom and part-time fundraising junkie with a shoe problem, farm animal collection, horse addiction, and gym habit, Colleen is also insanely passionate about building community through health and wellness. Colleen brings years of professional and personal experience to Z Track in an effort to impact others through fitness, friendship, and fun.
Colleen has had the privilege of working with many amazing coaches, trainers, and specialists over the years. From long-distance running, to weightlifting, to nutrition counseling, to International Competitive Horseback riding, to cross training, she has been a student of health and fitness in many capacities, always learning from the amazing mentors with whom she has trained. Colleen is currently working on her Precision Nutrition Certification and holds certifications as a Keister and Spinning Instructor, Road Runners Club of America Coach, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and Crossfit Level 1 Coach. Colleen loves to extend her enthusiams for lifting heavy things and putting them down to new and old lifters in an exciting and approachable way.
When Colleen is not at the gym, she can be found at home with her husband, Conor, and their three kiddos cuddling goats, playing with the ponies, weeding (or not weeding) the garden, looking for a missing puzzle piece, reading a good book, cooking, missing her horses, or watching a really good show on Netflix.
